Street Legal devs were forced to finish the game development before it was ready to be published. They made the game in 6 months. It has a pretty complex engine but they didn't have time to polish it.
I have an Ati Radeon 9800 Pro and I have this white screen "bug" BUT my video card has faulty memory. I have to decrease the speed of the memory on the card to be able to watch a video without artifacts all over the screen. When textures start to disappaer I quit, rotate the picture 180 degrees and back in Ati driver, this clears the trash from video memory then I can play again.
1. Start a single player game
2. Play a little (or more, it doesn't matter)
3. Save the replay with button "2"
4. While watching the replay (without exiting to main menu) press Shift-G until you change the shift mode from manual (sequential/shifter) to auto or auto to manual
The result: replay goes OOS instantly.
You can't do this when you open it from the main menu. This bug only occurs when you watch it immediately and LFS let you change shift mode during the replay.
I've tried it online several times, and I can easily send 7 messages at the same time.
Sorry, I didn't mention that I have a DFP and I set the wheel rotation to correspond the car's wheel rotation, so that's why I would be happy If we could set it from script.
The script system can be used for spamming if somebody makes a script like this:
/say SPAM1SPAM1SPAM1
/say SPAM2SPMA2SPAM2
/say SPAM3SPMA3SPAM3
/say ....
and then binds it to a button. IMHO this should be filtered somehow.
I cannot find a command (if there is one then sorry) to set wheel rotation, but I think it would be useful.
Scawen works for us all day to improve LFS and some people can't read a few lines before posting...
I recommend this for those who can't understand why Scawen closed the thread: http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/posting.php
